How to transfer funds to Centralex from different wallets



How to deposit funds from Metamask 


  1. Open your Centralex account.
  2. On your profile page, it will show you your balance and an option to Deposit or withdraw 
  3. Click on Deposit and select the ERC20 currency you want to deposit.  
  4. Copy your deposit address or use the QR scanner to copy the code. Double-check that the wallet address is correct by manually verifying the address for safety."
  5. Select a currency that supports ERC20 format > Deposit > Click the MetaMask button. 
    Note: MetaMask wallets are in the Ethereum blockchain and support ETH or ERC20 cryptocurrencies only. 
  6. When the MetaMask extension window pops up, click "Next" > Click "Connect" 
  7. Once connected, you will be able to use the MetaMask wallet option to deposit.  
  8. To enter the amount > Click "Deposit" > Click "Confirm" > MetaMask will notify you when the transaction is confirmed. 
  9. After adding the MetaMask deposit option, it will be available for all supported ERC20 cryptocurrencies; Once the transaction is confirmed, the funds will be credited in approximately 10 minutes. 



 

How to deposit funds from MEW 

  1. Open your Centralex account. 
  2. On your profile page, it will show you your balance and an option to Deposit or withdraw 
  3. Click on Deposit and select the token/coin you want to deposit.  
  4. Copy your deposit address or use the QR scanner to copy the code. 
  5. Access your MEW wallet. Select the button that says ‘Send Transaction’, or find this section in the ‘Send’ category from the left menu. 
  6. Fill in the type of currency you’d like to send, the amount, and the address you’d like to send to. 
  7. Make sure to double and triple-check the address you’re sending to! We cannot recover funds sent to the wrong address. 
  8. When sending your entire balance of ETH, choose the ‘Send Entire Balance’ option, so your gas is auto-calculated out of the total.
  9. Gas and gas limits will auto-generate based on network congestion. 
  10. If you don’t see the token you’d like to send, you may need to add it as a custom token. 
  11. Click ‘Send Transaction’ and confirm the transaction on the next screen. 
  12. If you’re using the MEW wallet app or a hardware wallet, be sure to confirm the transaction on your device as well. 
  13. Your transaction has been posted! Copy your transaction hash, for your records. 
  1. Check your transaction hash on Etherscan to make sure everything went through properly. 




 

 

How to deposit funds from Trustwallet 

  1. Open your Centralex account. 
  2. On your profile page, it will show you your balance and an option to deposit or withdraw.
  3. Click on Deposit and select the token/coin you want to deposit.  
  4. Copy your deposit address or use the QR scanner to copy the code.  
  5. Now go to your Trustwallet.  
  6. Select the currency you want to deposit and copy the deposit address. 
  7. Open the Trust Wallet app and log in to your account. 
  8. Convert your coins to the funds you wish to transfer. 
  9. Transfer funds to the address that you copied earlier. 
  10. It will take a few minutes to receive your funds in your wallet.   



 

 

How to deposit funds from Exodus 

  1. Open your Centralex account. 
  2. On your profile page, it will show you your balance and an option to Deposit or withdraw 
  3. Click on Deposit and select the token/coin you want to deposit.  
  4. Copy your deposit address or use the QR scanner to copy the code 
  5. Click on the wallet icon at the top of your Exodus wallet. Click on the crypto you want to send, then click the Send button. These instructions work for any blockchain asset, but in the examples below, Bitcoin is used. 
  6. Paste in the address from the Centralex Exchange that you want to send your crypto to. 
  7. You can also scan a QR code with the recipient address or invoice either from your webcam or from your desktop by clicking the QR code button and selecting where to scan from. Optional, if you want to type in a short personal note to make it easier to remember this transaction in the future, or to enter a custom network fee for a cheaper transaction, click on the cog symbol in the top left. 
  8. Next, type the amount you want to send. Exodus lets you send in the blockchain unit or you can enter an amount of fiat currency value and Exodus does the conversion to crypto for you. Then click Send. 
  9. Exodus will then confirm again that you have entered the correct details. If all looks good, click the Send button. 
  10. Once sent, your transaction has been broadcasted to the network and Exodus will tell you your transaction was successful. 
  11. If your crypto has not arrived at the destination straight away, please be patient as your transaction may take time to confirm depending on network congestion before you see it in your receiving service.
